Hi! I am Patty Bridges-Riedl' - Realtor. I have made Nevada County my home since 1995. My background in Real Estate includes home/land sales and purchases, mortgage lending, and construction. I have been involved in our community with the local schools, Chamber of Commerce, and as a volunteer firefighter/emergency medical technician helping citizens in time of need. I am raising two children in the Nevada City School District. The schools in Nevada County are the best in the state of California. I am very familiar with the local recreational resources as I ride horses, bicycles, boat, ski, and hike. I am a member of the Sierra Trailblazers Running Club, Gold Country Trails Council, Auburn Ski Club, and American Endurance Ride Conference. This is the place that I call home!
